I received this product free of charge for review purposes as part of the Product Review Club. Thanks ChicAdvisor!

I have dealt with drier hair for just about as long as I can remember and while I do have a decent amount of hair it’s finer in texture. Most products designed for dry hair end up being too heavy and leave it looking flat (and sometimes greasy.) I am so pleased to say that this leave-in did none of that. I tend to rely on leave-ins quite often as I hate taking the extra time to condition and rinse my hair in the shower. I know I know but it’s the truth. I love that while this conditioner feels super light a few pups is all that is needed for a good dose of hydration. It leaves my hair feeling just as soft hydrated and manageable as a true conditioning would (when I skip it) but also adds that extra ooph when used after traditional conditioner.

I heard about Joico first from my hair dresser who is actually a Joico educator. He always spoke highly of the brand and I actually heard about this new line coming out before it was launched. I was super excited to hear that I would get to try it out. I normally don’t do the leave-in thing and I’m not sure how much longer I’ll do it but this product is a great product to use if you like the leave-in thing.

Very Cute I really love the look of Joico products it always makes you feel like you are getting salon stuff.

Product:

Like the other products in this line the fragrance is out of control. I’ve used this every time I’ve washed my hair for like a week and a bit now. (so maybe 3-4 times) It’s nice and goes on just like other products like this from joico. It smooths out the hair i don’t fine it specially adds more moisture to my hair then normal leave ins. Nor did it make my hair particularly shiny but it’s light weight and doesn’t leave my hair greasy or heavy.

I wouldn’t personally buy it as is nothing special but I will continue to use it and update this if my opinion changes after using it for a couple weeks.

I did like the way left my hair but it’s main ingredient is dimethicone so it’s all temporary!!

Silicone will weigh the hair down making it limp lifeless and with time very dull. It prevents moisture from penetrating the hair shaft and becomes like a magnet for dirt and other ingredients. So in essence we get a good shine for a couple of days but over time it will attract more buildup on the hair. With time it will dry the hair out because it won’t allow in the conditioner and it ends up sitting on the surface. Due to lack of moisture the hair will become very brittle and could lead to frizz and breakage

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.
