Disclaimer: I received Joico Hydrasplash Replenish Leave-In from ChickAdvisor to try in exchange for a review however opinions are my own.
Although this product made my hair feel light and soft I don’t think it is necessary for people to buy it. I believe using Joico conditioner is good enough to achieve the same or similar result. To be honest any product with Dimethicone would make your hair softer.
I’m unsure about their claim of making hair shiny as I didn’t feel it made a difference to my hair (I have long thin and straight hair). I wouldn’t recommend this product as I find their conditioner to be more effective. I had the expectation that this product will give an extra boost of hydration to my hair but I didn’t feel it did.
This leave-in product is not sticky thick or too heavy for my hair. I run this through my damp hair and it instantly helps to moisturize it without making my hair greasy or heavy!
This product is ok for wintertime as it probably would weigh down hair during summertime depending on your hair texture/thickness.
