I’ve used Joico products since I was in my teens and have been bleaching my hair on and off. I find a good hair mask like the Joico Defy Damage Masque is essential in keeping it healthy in between washes especially for color treated hair that has been bleached from a dark tone.
I received this hair masque free as part of a travel pack for Joico Defy damage Collection. I used it after shampooing. It went on smooth and after a few minutes I was able to comb through my hair with my fingers. I only left it on for 3 minutes and it rinsed our relatively easily. I followed it with the conditioner from the same line. After air drying my hair felt smooth and mostly frizz free:) the scent is okay smells like flowers which isn’t my favourite.
This is a wonderful hair mask for anyone who has coloured or dry and damaged hair. I used it once and my dry ends were smooth and shiny afterwards without any weigh-down. Salon quality at home.
