Try This Coppery Balayage with New LumiShine NC!

With Joico Celebrity Artist, Jill Buck Of Salon 901

Talk about sparkling! The latest look from Joico Celebrity Artist, Jill Buck, of Salon Nine Zero One, bubbles over with the dazzle of coppery ginger balayage. How does she do it? With LumiShine’s brand-new Demi Liquid NC shades – no-mix color perfection designed to create natural copper-blonde and deep natural copper looks. “I just love adding subtle highlights onto any palette. Taking advantage of the trending Copper looks, I chose the LumiShine Demi Liquid NC toners to help me refine the raw shade,” Jill explains.

Jill’s tricks and tips…

Keep consistency in the product (and in your work!): “The lightener is best a little on the thicker side,” advises Jill.

Pay attention to placement in each section: “This technique creates a much different look than foils, so it’s a great tool to use for a soft, subtle, and very low-maintenance option.”

Even copper needs balance: “If you’re choosing to take the client copper, the NC series has a balanced result that helps to neutralize unwanted yellow, and add orange.”

Be mindful of your color “window”: “I use this on any hair texture and color, but just remember it’s only shifting the hair while the product is wet.”
